The E-visa for tourism, launched on March 20, 2025, represents a significant digital transformation in Belarusian immigration policy. Created to simplify the entry process for nationals from 67 countries, this electronic system allows applicants to bypass traditional embassy visits entirely. By moving the application process to the official E-Pasluga portal, the government has filled the gap for a modern, efficient, and accessible entry route. This initiative is designed to encourage tourism by reducing the time and logistical effort required to obtain a single-entry visa for short-term stays of up to 30 days.

This visa is tailored for individual tourists and travelers participating in cultural, sports, or educational events who prefer the convenience of an online application. It is distinctive because it is fully automated, requiring no physical invitation letters or in-person consular appointments. Applicants simply register on the E-Pasluga platform, upload their documents—including a passport scan, photo, and proof of health insurance—and pay the fees online.
