C.3 — Public Interest Residence Permit

This permit is reserved for individuals whose presence in Greece is deemed to serve the public interest, such as strategic investors or those making significant cultural or scientific contributions. The terms of the permit, including duration and work authorization, are determined on a case-by-case basis by ministerial decision. It is a highly specialized category with no fixed fee structure.
