PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Must be a frequent visitor holding a valid passport.
Must be qualifying to enter Hong Kong without a visa or entry permit.
Must have visited Hong Kong trouble-free on 3 or more occasions (excluding returns from Mainland China or Macao) in the 12 months preceding the application.
Alternatively, must satisfy the Director of Immigration that visits will bring substantial benefits to the HKSAR.
