There is no fee and no formal application form. Documents are posted to the Stamp 6 Section at Burgh Quay, Dublin 2. Processing currently faces very high volumes and significant delays, with no published target time. The endorsement is renewable when the foreign passport expires and confers full work rights and unrestricted residence.
