Must be a current, lawful holder of a Dependant’s Pass.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Duly filled and signed online application (Form 16)
Copy of valid passport (bio-data page) for both applicant and principal
Copy of Dependant’s Pass
Proof of residence/permit for the principal
Two recent passport-sized photographs
