F-1-3 — Cohabitee Visa (F-1)

Must be a family member or cohabitee of a Korean national or a foreign national holding a specific long-term visa (e.g., F-4, E-7).

Must provide proof of the family relationship (e.g., marriage certificate, birth certificate).

Must demonstrate financial ability to support the stay (especially for nationals of high-overstay countries).

Must not engage in unauthorized commercial activities or employment.

Must have a valid passport.

For specific sub-types like domestic helpers, must provide an employment contract and proof of the employer's qualifying visa status.
