Requirements
PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a valid Entry Visa (Business Visa obtained from the official e-Visa website).
Must have a valid Stay Permit.
Must be present in Myanmar during the entire application process.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Passport (at least 6 months validity)
Scanned copy of passport front page and most recent entry stamp
Passport-sized photo (white background, taken within 3 months)
Extension Requisition Letter signed by a registered Director of the company
Company Registration Certificate and Company Extract
Recommendation from the relevant ministry or State/Region Officer
Form C (Report of Arrival)
Foreigner Registration Certificate (FRC) (if applicable)
