This visa is intended for the family members of foreign investors, investor representatives, or representative office managers residing in Mongolia. It permits these dependents to accompany the primary visa holder and reside within the country for the duration of the principal's stay.

Applicants must provide official documentation proving their familial relationship to the primary Type B visa holder to qualify for approval.

The primary investor must have an active investment or management role in a foreign-invested entity in Mongolia.

Inviting entity (the company) must apply for the visa permission.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Official request letter from the inviting entity.

Copy of the Mongolian entity's state registration certificate and license.

Copy of applicant's passport.

Official marriage, birth, or adoption certificates (with official translation).

Letter of proxy for the applicant's representative.

Completed application form.

Payment receipt for stamp duty.
