Pay and working conditions must not be poorer than is normal in Norway.
Must intend to leave Norway after the work period ends.
Total stay in Norway as a seasonal worker cannot exceed six months within a twelve-month period.
Must stay outside Norway for six months after holding a permit for six months before being qualifying for a new one.
