The 14-day visa-free entry program was established by the Omani government as a strategic initiative to boost tourism and international engagement. This exemption is for citizens of 103+ designated countries who intend to visit for up to 14 days. It is ideal for tourists and short-term business travelers. The policy is distinctive because it is conditional; travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six months, possess a confirmed return ticket, have a hotel reservation, and hold health insurance. It is a strict 14-day limit that cannot be extended or converted to a residence visa.
