Family Resident Visa (Ascendant of Spouse)

This visa is for the first-degree ascendant (parent) of the spouse or common-law partner of a Peruvian citizen or foreign resident. The marriage or common-law union must be legally recognized in Peru. It allows for work and is renewable.
