PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Must be between 21 and 60 years of age (excluding entertainers).
Employer must first seek and receive authorization to hire a nonresident worker.
The position must be one for which no qualified resident worker is available.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Application form for a permit to employ a nonresident worker.
Standard employment contract.
Original police clearance certificate from the country of residence.
Original health certificate from a certified public health authority.
Two signed affidavits from previous employers indicating at least two years of experience in the related field.
