Unlike general work permits that prioritize technical skills or corporate investment, this visa is exclusively tailored to those whose primary mission is the propagation of faith and the administration of religious rites. It is distinct from other visa classes because it does not require the applicant to navigate the competitive labor market or prove local skill shortages; instead, it relies heavily on the credibility and authorization of the sponsoring religious entity.
