Must be a bona fide representative of a foreign press, radio, film, or other foreign information media.

Must be traveling to the U.S. solely to engage in this profession.

The activities must be essential to the foreign media function.

The media organization must have its home office in a foreign country.

Must be from a country that grants reciprocal privileges to U.S. media representatives.
