The visa is valid for up to 5 years and holders are qualifying for a Temporary Residence Card extending to 10 years. Processing typically takes 5–7 working days. Dependents are allowed; spouses cannot work independently but investors are exempt from work permit requirements. A pathway to permanent residency exists for qualified holders who maintain their investment status.
This visa is ideal for multinational executives, major shareholders, and legal representatives of foreign organizations who can commit substantial capital and oversee long-term operations in priority sectors.
