Unlike passive residency, this status requires the holder to spend at least 183 days per year in Andorra, thereby making them tax residents. To qualify for this residency, applicants must present a valid employment contract with an Andorran company and meet a minimum annual income requirement of 16,515 EUR, alongside documented savings of 50,000 EUR.
