The ICT Card facilitates the transfer of key personnel from non-EU companies to their Czech branches. Requirements

PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS

Must be a manager, specialist, or trainee employee being transferred from a non-EU branch to a Czech branch.

Must have been employed by the corporation for at least 6 months prior to the transfer.

Proof of a direct connection between the foreign and Czech entities (e.g., parent/subsidiary).

Valid employment contract for the transfer period.

Valid travel document.

Proof of accommodation.

Professional qualifications for the specific role.
