L. 421-9 — Talent - Qualified Employee

The France Talent – Salarié Qualifié is a multi-year residence permit for foreign professionals employed by a French company on a contract of at least 3 months. Applicants must hold a qualification of at least 3 years of higher education and earn a minimum gross salary of €39,582 per year.

The permit lasts for the duration of the employment contract, up to 4 years, and is renewable. Spouses and dependent children under 18 may join and spouses are authorised to work without restriction. A long-stay visa (€99) is required on entry, and a residence permit fee of €350 is due upon card collection.
