Requirements
PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Must be entering Hong Kong to acquire special skills and knowledge not available in the applicant's home country.
Must have a sponsoring company in Hong Kong that is well-established.
Must have a written training contract between the sponsor and the applicant.
The sponsor must guarantee the maintenance and repatriation of the applicant.
Must have no security objection and no record of serious crime.
