The Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) – Category A is a Hong Kong immigration pathway for high-earning professionals without requiring a job offer. Applicants must demonstrate annual income of HK$2.5 million or above and can work freely, change employers, or establish businesses without prior government approval.
The initial grant is 3 years with renewable extensions (up to 3 years per cycle, or 6 years for top earners). Application fee is HKD 600; HKD 1,300 issuance fee applies for stays exceeding 180 days (effective 26 February 2025). Entry applications take four weeks; extensions take two to three weeks. Spouses may work.
