PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Annual income of HK$2.5 million or above (or its equivalent in foreign currency) in the year immediately preceding the date of application.
Annual income includes taxable employment or business income (salary, allowances, stock options, and profits from self-owned companies).
Personal investment income is not considered.
No security objection and no known record of serious crime.
Not a national of Afghanistan, Cuba, or North Korea (DPRK).
If an overseas Chinese national holding a PRC passport, must have permanent residence overseas or have resided overseas for at least one year immediately before application.
