The Temporary Residence Permit for Referred (Seconded) Employees is designed for foreign nationals sent by a foreign employer to North Macedonia to perform specific tasks, such as fulfilling a service contract or providing expertise to an affiliated company. The permit allows the individual to reside and work in the country for the duration of their assignment, up to a maximum of two years, while remaining on the payroll of their original foreign employer.
