The programme combines the VWP with a Health Travel Authorisation for a single one-time fee of EUR 45 and is administered through the seychelles.govtas.com portal.
Applicants must demonstrate foreign-sourced income from employment, self-employment, or business ownership, along with valid medical and travel insurance, confirmed accommodation, and a return or onward ticket. Foreign income is not subject to Seychelles tax, but holders cannot take up work with Seychelles-based employers, and the permit is non-renewable in-country.
