e-Visa (Electronic Visa)

Singapore's e-Visa is an online entry permit issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for nationals of designated countries — including India, China, CIS states, and Hong Kong/Macao travel-document holders — visiting for tourism, business meetings, or social purposes.

Applications are submitted by a Singapore local contact via SingPass/CorpPass or by an authorised visa agent. The non-refundable fee is SGD 30, and ICA typically processes applications within 3 working days. The duration of stay is set by the e-Pass granted at the checkpoint (typically up to 30 days) and confers no right to work, study, or seek residency.

This visa is ideal for short-term business or social visitors from visa-required countries with a Singapore-based sponsor and no intent to work or settle.
