Applicants must provide a certification letter from the host organization and proof of financial stability (approximately 1,000 USD or 30,000 THB).

The visa grants an initial stay of 90 days and is extendable annually at the Thai Immigration Office, allowing volunteers to remain up to one year per cycle. The standard visa fee is USD 80, and processing takes 15–30 business days via the Thai E-Visa portal. Dependents are generally not covered under this category.
