Must be a non-EU/EEA citizen.

Must work remotely for a company or clients based outside of Spain.

Must prove a professional relationship with the foreign company/clients for at least 3 months prior to application.

The foreign company must have been in operation for at least 1 year.

Must meet the minimum income requirement (currently 200% of the Spanish minimum wage, approximately €2,849/month).

Must hold a university degree or have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Must have private health insurance valid in Spain and a clean criminal record.
