The Spanish Entrepreneur Visa (Law 14/2013) lets non-EU founders move to Spain to launch an innovative business of economic interest. No job offer is needed; applicants must secure a favourable report from Spain's Economic and Commercial Office confirming the project's innovation and viability.

The visa runs 1 year, after which holders apply for a 3-year residence permit renewable for 2-year terms, with a permanent residency pathway. Minimum savings of EUR 7,200 are required (plus 50% IPREM per dependent). Dependents join and may work. Processing takes 10 days by law, though plan evaluation adds time.
