The UK Domestic Worker (Victim of Modern Slavery) visa grants a 2-year temporary stay to overseas domestic workers confirmed as victims of modern slavery or human trafficking via the National Referral Mechanism. It carries no fee and lets holders work in domestic roles without a job offer.

Applicants must hold a positive Conclusive Grounds decision and apply on form FLR(IR) within 28 days. Work is restricted to private or diplomatic households; changing employer is permitted. The visa is non-renewable, does not lead to settlement, and no dependents are allowed.
