PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS
Aged between 18 and 40 at the time of application.
Must be a non-degree professional.
Must meet the specific qualification, work experience, and professional skill requirements (e.g., registration or license to practice) for the chosen trade as defined in the Technical Professional List.
Must have secured a confirmed job offer from a local Hong Kong enterprise.
Remuneration package must be commensurate with the market level for similar jobs in Hong Kong.
No security objection and no known record of serious crime.
Not a national of Afghanistan, Cuba, or North Korea (DPRK).
If an overseas Chinese national holding a PRC passport, must have permanent residence overseas or have resided overseas for at least one year immediately before application.
