Aged between 18 and 40 at the time of application.

Must be a non-degree professional.

Must have secured a confirmed job offer from a local Hong Kong enterprise.

Remuneration package must be commensurate with the market level for similar jobs in Hong Kong.

No security objection and no known record of serious crime.

Not a national of Afghanistan, Cuba, or North Korea (DPRK).

If an overseas Chinese national holding a PRC passport, must have permanent residence overseas or have resided overseas for at least one year immediately before application.
