Overview

The Technical Intern Training (TITP) places workers from developing countries with Japanese companies in agriculture, construction, and manufacturing to transfer practical skills.

Trainees stay up to 5 years with no renewal. Family cannot accompany them. Completing TITP earns direct SSW-1 transition without exams.

This visa is ideal for workers from developing countries seeking structured hands-on training in Japan with a clear SSW-1 pathway, who can commit to the full program without family accompaniment.
