PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS

Must participate in a 'Mobility Project for Young People: Voluntary Projects' or a similar scheme recognized by the European Union.

Activities must be non-remunerated (pocket money or reimbursement of expenses is permitted).

Must have a signed volunteering agreement with a permitted host entity in Malta.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Completed and signed Long-Stay Visa application form.

Valid travel document (passport) with at least 3 months of validity beyond the intended stay.

Evidence of sickness insurance covering all risks normally covered for Maltese nationals.

Evidence of sufficient financial resources to cover subsistence and return travel costs.

Volunteering agreement (describing the scheme, duration, placement, supervision, and hours).

Proof of accommodation.
