The Artistic Visa is intended for professionals in the arts and entertainment sector who have been hired for specific events in Peru. It requires a formal contract approved by the Ministry of Labor and is tied to the duration of the event. This visa allows for remunerated work within the scope of the contract.
Must be a professional artist, performer, or cultural worker contracted for a specific event or project.
Must have a formal artistic contract signed with a Peruvian entity.
The contract must be registered or presented to the Ministry of Labor and/or SUNAT as per regulations.
Must be outside of Peru at the time of application.

Proof of payment of administrative fees (S/ 58.80 + consular fees).
