DN2 — Business Visa DN2

The DN2 Business Visa enables foreign professionals to enter Vietnam for services or commercial presence under international trade agreements like WTO and CPTPP. Unlike DN1 (local employment), DN2 targets service providers and corporate representatives fulfilling treaty obligations—establishing offices or delivering contracted services on behalf of foreign entities.

Applicants require sponsorship from a recognized Vietnamese organization and a valid passport (6+ months). The visa is renewable, valid up to 12 months per term, with processing in 5–7 working days. Spouses cannot work without separate authorization. Strict documentation is required; self-application is not possible and depends on corporate sponsorship.

This visa is ideal for skilled professionals, consultants, and intra-corporate transferees establishing corporate presence or delivering specialized services in Vietnam under international trade agreements.
