050 — Bridging visa E (BVE) - General

The Bridging Visa E (subclass 050) grants lawful status in Australia to people who are unlawful non-citizens or hold a BVE (050) or BVD (041). It is available to those making arrangements to depart, applying for a substantive visa, or pursuing merits or judicial review of an immigration decision.
