The Spain Student Visa (national D) lets non-EU/EEA citizens study full-time at authorized Spanish institutions. Students may work up to 30 hours per week.

Requirements

PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS

Must be a non-EU/EEA citizen.

Must have been accepted into an authorized educational institution in Spain.

Must demonstrate sufficient financial means to cover living expenses and tuition (typically 100% of the IPREM monthly).

Must possess comprehensive private health insurance from a Spanish provider with no co-pay and no waiting period.

Must provide a medical certificate confirming no diseases that could affect public health.

Must provide a criminal record certificate from countries of residence over the past five years (for stays over 180 days).
