22a — National Visa - Intra-corporate Transfer (ICT)

The PL-22a visa facilitates intra-corporate transfers for managers, specialists, and trainees moving from parent or affiliated companies to Polish operations. Applicants must demonstrate 12 months' prior employment within the group (6 months for trainees) and hold a valid work or ICT permit.

Validity extends up to 1 year and is renewable with a clear path to temporary residence or permanent residence. The €200 application fee is processed in 15–30 working days. Spouses may work without restriction, and dependents can accompany on family-based visas. Transferees work solely for the sponsoring entity.
